Our construction team helped the Institute of Culinary Arts at Robert Morris University create an upscale educational environment reminiscent of a trendy restaurant – even though the institution is located in a rather ordinary office park in Aurora, IL. Alter Construction translated the project architect’s youthful, colorful design into a functional workplace where culinary students learn their craft in a fully equipped demonstration kitchen with workstation capacity for 24 students. The environment is motivating, brightly lit, ultra-hygienic and efficient.
