We completed the disposition of a newly developed 25,876 SF build-to-suit for Navistar’s International Truck & Engine Corporation service center in Carol Stream, IL. The purchaser was a California-based private investor. Navistar is leasing the building for 15 years with options for two five-year renewals. The building is a new prototype for Navistar, which services commercial vehicles, sells parts and leases trucks under a single roof. The 6.8-acre site includes significant land for future expansion. We continue to provide property management services to the new owner.
