We completed the disposition of the 276,480 SF Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc., distribution facility in Waterloo, IA, on behalf of Lexington Realty Trust. The purchaser was New Jersey-based Rubenstein Properties, a leader in the field of acquiring and managing industrial properties. The single-story building, which occupies 26.2 acres at 2280 Northeast Drive, is 100 percent net leased to Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc. It is located within the 240-acre Waterloo North East Industrial Park, which is zoned for medium to heavy industrial uses and is served by the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad.
