We completed the disposition of Terrace Park Professional Center, a 59,615 SF medical office building on the campus of Trinity at Terrace Park Hospital in Bettendorf, IA, to Dallas-based RM Crowe Company. Crowe, which has acquired, developed and/or managed more than $600 million in real estate over the last 20-plus years, has an extensive portfolio that includes healthcare, office, industrial, retail, and multifamily residential properties. Located at 4480 Utica Ridge Road, Terrace Park Professional Center is physically connected to the hospital and was 80 percent leased and managed by our property management team at the time of the sale.
