We transacted the disposition of this 71,290 SF building on 5.12 acres owned by Illinois State Teacher’s Retirement System in Brookfield, WI, to Decade Properties, Inc., a private investment group based in Waukesha, WI. Established in 1980, Decade owns and manages apartments, office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and marinas in Wisconsin and Florida. Constructed in 1986, 330 S. Executive Drive is within the well-established Executive Drive Office Corridor. The building was leased to such tenants as FedEx; New England Financial; and T.E. Brennen.
