We disposed of this 132,077 SF, four-story office building at 2155 East Pinnacle Peak Road in the Corridors – Phoenix office park. The purchaser was G&I IV Corridors, LLC – a joint venture of Mainstreet Capital Partners and DRA Advisors. At the time of the sale, the building was 81 percent leased to The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies.
