Our custom-tailored approach to client services was critical in the disposition of Corridors III, a 217,500 SF, seven-story office building managed by our property management team. The purchaser was Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc. (Wells REIT II), an Atlanta-based private non-traded real estate investment trust that buys properties on behalf of its shareholders. At the time of the building’s sale, it was 92.9 percent leased to National City Bank; Toyota Credit Corporation; Credit Suisse First Boston; and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
