DESERT CANYON 200

We completed the disposition of Desert Canyon 200, a 99,379 RSF, three-story Class A office building in Phoenix. The property was purchased by Washington Capital Management, Inc., a Seattle, WA-based pension fund advisor as its initial investment in the Phoenix market. The building, whose lead tenant is American Express Corporation, is still managed by our property-management team.
