STATE OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC AID

To save the taxpayers' money and increase operational efficiency, the Illinois Department of Central Management Services decided to consolidate several Chicago offices of the Department of Public Aid into a single downtown location. When no existing building proved adequately cost efficient, the department decided to build an all-new facility. Project parameters for the seven-story, 173,000 SF office building specified an attractive, functional structure that blends seamlessly into its urban corporate environment. Following an extensive RFP process, we were selected as the building's developer and design/builder.
