LOUDOUN IV

We transacted the disposition of this 102,987 SF office building within the 38.6-acre Loudoun Gateway Corporate Center to a NYSE-listed REIT that focuses on the acquisition, development and management of commercial properties in the Washington, D.C. area. The Class A office building was net leased to America Online. We continue to provide property management services to the building’s owner.
