We completed the disposition of this 60,200 SF, single-story office building in Bremerton, WA, to Lexington Corporate Properties Trust. Lexington is a REIT that manages net-leased office, industrial and retail properties throughout the United States, and provides investment advisory and asset management services to investors. We continue to provide property management services to the present owner.
