QUADRANGLE CORPORATE PARK

We expedited the disposition of two single-story office buildings totaling 81,685 SF at the 60-acre Quadrangle Corporate Park in Orlando’s high-tech corridor near the University of Central Florida. The purchaser was Wells Real Estate Funds, an Atlanta-based national real estate investment management firm that buys Class A office and industrial properties, corporate sale-leasebacks and build-to-suit projects leased to high-quality, creditworthy tenants and professional services firms. At the time of the sale, one building was fully leased to Best Buy, and the second to Siemens Shared Services, LLC. We continue to provide property management services at the buildings.
