We sold the 70-acre, 896,581 SF mixed-use office/flex Oak Creek Corporate Center as part of a 1,000,000 SF portfolio disposition and recapitalization effort to a California-based institutional investment advisor. Located within the campus, this 79,300 SF building – which is 50 percent office and 50 percent distribution – is occupied by multiple firms local to the Chicago area. We continue to provide property management services at 800 Springer Drive.
