We transacted the sale of Bennington Ridge, a 288-unit rental apartment community in Kansas City, MO, as part of a 1,768-unit residential portfolio on behalf of Capri Capital Partners. The purchaser was an affiliate of Kansas City, MO-based KC Venture Group, which owns more than 7,500 apartment units throughout the Midwest and Southwest. Built in 1989, the garden-style Bennington Ridge occupies 22.3 acres adjoining the 176-acre Hidden Valley State Park.
