We successfully led the disposition of Hunter’s Hill, a 436-unit rental apartment community in Dallas, TX, as one of five multifamily properties on behalf of Capri Capital Partners. The purchaser was Dallas-based Westdale Asset Management, which partnered with New York-based Sterling Equities to close the transaction. Developed in 1984, Hunter’s Hill consists of 31 buildings on 15 acres at the intersection of Midway and Frankford Roads in north Dallas. Located directly across from a retail mall, the complex has immediate access to the recently completed George Bush Turnpike.
