We completed the disposition of The Orchard of Landen, a 312-unit rental apartment community in Maineville, OH, a northeast Cincinnati suburb, on behalf of Capri Capital Partners. The purchaser was Dayton, OH-based The Connor Group, a private investment firm that owns approximately 10,000 apartments in Dayton, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Columbus and Dallas. Developed between 1986 and 1989 on 33 acres, The Orchard of Landen features lakes, fountains and mature landscaping.
