We completed the disposition of Pinnacle Ridge, a gated 350-unit rental apartment community at 3611 University Drive, in Durham, NC, as one of five multifamily properties on behalf of Capri Capital Partners. The purchaser was Chicago-based Waterton Associates, L.L.C., which has completed more than $2 billion in real estate investments through equity joint ventures with major financial institutions, Wall Street investment banks and pension funds. Developed in 1988 on 27 extensively landscaped acres, the garden-style Pinnacle Ridge has 21 two-and three-story buildings.
